These terms and conditions are applicable for all clients of Holidays and Beyond.

Website Conditions
By using holidaysandbeyond.in website, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately.

If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following Terms & Conditions, please do not use Holidays and Beyond website.

Holidays and Beyond may change these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting changes online. Please review these Terms & Conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by Holidays and Beyond. Your continued use of Holidays and Beyond website after changes are posted, means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

You agree to use Holidaysandbeyond.in website only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of Holidays and Beyond.

Your use of Holidaysandbeyond.in website is intended for personal, use and/or to make legitimate requests to book the products or services offered, You agree not to use this site to make any speculative, false or fraudulent requests.

We grant you permission to use the site subject to the restrictions in these Terms & Conditions. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use content owned by Holidays and beyond (inclusive of text, images, URLs, pricing information, etc.) in any way except for your own personal use. Any commercial use of Holidays and beyond content requires the prior written permission of Holidays and beyond.

Booking Conditions

FIT/Group  packages

Holidays and beyond confirms a booking when it is fully paid by a client. Once Holidays and beyond has accepted a booking and received a payment, the contract between Holidays and beyond and client will become binding.

Cancellation Policy
All bookings for  packages and group tours with Holidays and beyond carry at least* a 10% cancellation fee.

Cancellation terms

Immediately after the booking has been made                               Rs 50,000 deposit

60 days prior to departure                                                   50% of the tour amount

45 days prior to departure                                                   75% of the tour amount

15 days prior to departure                                                  100% of the tour amount

NO Show  at the airport due to any reason               NO REFUND 100% of tour cost

Passengers will not hold Holidays & Beyond responsible in case of visa refusal by concerned consulate, cancellation charges will be applicable as given

Payment terms –

At the time of booking  Rs 50,000/-

Payment – 75% of tour cost before visa is processed

Payment – 100% of tour cost 30 days prior to departure

Change Fees
If a client requests a change of itinerary for a confirmed booking, Holidays and beyond will apply change fees.
